The Blackfinch Spring Venture Capital Trust (VCT) targets tax-free dividends equivalent to 5% of Net Asset Value (NAV) per annum, together with the potential for special dividends following successful exits where proceeds are not reinvested.
Dividends are subject to the availability of appropriate reserves and are not guaranteed. Investors can also choose to reinvest some or all of their dividends through the Blackfinch FlexiDRIS dividend reinvestment scheme.
