Does the company have a formal business continuity management plan?

We have a full business continuity plan in place to prepare Blackfinch to cope with the effects of an emergency. It is intended that the plan will provide the basis for a relatively quick and painless return to ‘business as usual’ regardless of the cause. The plan has been put together in order to manage the ongoing risk to the company, through disruption to the ongoing continuity of day-to-day operations. 

The plan is designed to ensure that potential risks to continuity have been considered, as well as consideration being given to risk mitigants and solutions. Our Recovery Time Objective is 48 hours and this has been tested and achieved in the past 12 months.
