I need to arrange a transfer of agency for an investor, who should I contact?

To process the change, we require a signed novation confirming that the client is happy for their portfolio to move to a new adviser firm or Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). This can be provided in one of the following ways:

1. A Letter of Authority signed and dated by the client, confirming that the servicing adviser on the portfolio should be changed.

   Or

2. If a Letter of Authority has not been signed by the client, we can instead accept:

   • A copy of the communication sent to the client confirming the adviser firm change, and a novation letter from both the existing adviser firm and the new adviser firm.
