What are the fees and charges for the Blackfinch Spring Venture Capital Trust (VCT)?

The fees for the Blackfinch Spring VCT for an advised investor are as follows:

Initial Promotion Fee: 2.5%.
Annual Management Charge: 2.5% per annum of which 0.5% per annum is rebated. 
Ongoing Adviser Charge: Up to 0.5% per annum, where agreed with the financial adviser.
Performance Fee: 20% of returns above a hurdle of 130p per share.
