What are the fees and charges for the Blackfinch Corporate Management Service (CMS)?

The Blackfinch Corporate Management Service (CMS) has the following fees and charges:

• Initial fee: 3% to cover the cost of establishing the service
• Annual Management Charge: 0.5% + VAT, which only applies once the agreed target return has been achieved
• Company Servicing Fee: 1.5% + VAT, charged monthly to cover the day-to-day costs of managing the underlying loans

We can also facilitate agreed upfront and ongoing adviser fees.
