What are the fees and charges for the Blackfinch Ventures EIS Portfolio?

The fees for the Blackfinch Ventures EIS Portfolios are as follows: 

Portfolio Establishment Fee: 3% of the amount invested (after deduction of any adviser charges). Please note that this fee is not eligible for Income Tax relief.

Annual Management Charge: 2% per annum of the amount invested, charged for the first four years only. We charge the full 4 years upfront as an arrangement fee to the investee company, meaning the Annual Management Charge is eligible for Income Tax relief.

Performance Fee: 20% of any gains above a hurdle of £1.30 for every £1 invested. This is calculated separately for each individual investment, rather than across the portfolio as a whole.

Adviser Charges: We can facilitate both upfront and ongoing adviser charges. Please note that any adviser charges will reduce the amount eligible for Income Tax relief.
