1Edge Insurance PCC Limited (“1Edge”) is a Protected Cell Company incorporated and licensed in Guernsey and is ultimately owned by Stubben Edge Group Limited (“SEG”), registered in England and Wales. SEG has five FCA authorised and regulated subsidiaries.

 

1Edge has been set up in Guernsey to offer customers access to international markets. The business has been set up in a cell, which offers more financial risk management options to its customers.

 

As 1Edge is a regulated entity in Guernsey it is subject to local regulatory capital requirements to help ensure it has the resources to service its customers. In the unlikely event that 1Edge comes under financial distress, 1Edge enjoys the benefit of the financial strength of its parent company.

 

Willis Towers Watson Management (Guernsey) Limited (“WTW”) is engaged as the regulated Insurance Manager for 1Edge. They handle the day-to-day management of the company, including underwriting, regulatory, financial, and administrative tasks.
